Warranty
DELUXE cookware is designed for everyday use and is covered by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty applies to products purchased new from DELUXE or an authorized seller. Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser or, in the case of a gift, the original recipient, and is not transferable. Valid proof of purchase is required.
Our warranty does not cover damage or performance issues caused by failure to follow the care and use instructions provided with the product or available on our website.

What Is Covered
A manufacturing defect is a defect in the materials or workmanship that was present when the product was manufactured and affects the product’s normal function during ordinary household use.
Examples may include:
- Structural cracks, breaks, or defects that occur during normal use and are not caused by impact, dropping, overheating, misuse, or improper care;
- A handle, lid, or other component becoming detached or failing during normal household use;
- Warping or deformation that occurs during normal use and is not caused by overheating, impact, or misuse;
- Peeling, bubbling, or separation of the cooking surface during normal use;
- Other defects in materials or workmanship that affect the product’s function.
All warranty claims are subject to review. DELUXE may request proof of purchase, product photos, videos, and information about how the product was used and cared for before determining whether an issue is covered.
If DELUXE determines that a product has a manufacturing defect, we may, at our discretion, replace the product or provide another appropriate resolution in accordance with this warranty policy.
Replacement products may vary in color, design, finish, or availability. If the original product is no longer available, DELUXE may provide a comparable replacement.

Cookware Warranty
The cookware warranty does not cover damage or performance issues resulting from improper use or care, including but not limited to:
- Excessive heat or prolonged overheating;
- Heating the cookware while empty;
- Using insufficient cooking oil or cooking medium when required;
- Using sharp metal, or abrasive utensils;
- Using steel wool, metal scrubbers, or abrasive cleaning products;
- Improper cleaning or failing to clean the cookware promptly after use;
- Neglect, misuse, abuse, or improper storage;
- Sudden or extreme temperature changes;
- Direct flame or temperatures exceeding the product’s care instructions.
Occasional sticking, staining, discoloration, or burnt-on residue does not automatically indicate a manufacturing defect. These issues may result from cooking temperature, insufficient cooking oil, food residue, improper cleaning, or other use and care conditions. Sticking and cooking-performance concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Cutlery Warranty
The cutlery warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Scratches, stains, discoloration, rust, or corrosion;
- Improper use, cleaning, drying, or storage;
- Steel wool, metal scrubbers, abrasive cleaners, or harsh chemicals;
- Dropping, bending, excessive force, or use for purposes other than preparing or eating food;
- Prolonged exposure to moisture, salt, or acidic foods.
For cutlery, manufacturing defects may include structural defects, cracks, breaks, or handles becoming detached during normal household use. Rust, corrosion, stains, discoloration, and damage caused by improper cleaning, drying, or storage are generally not considered manufacturing defects.
Normal Wear and Tear
Cosmetic changes may occur with normal use and are not covered by this warranty, including:
- Staining or discoloration;
- Minor surface marks or scratches;
- Changes in appearance caused by heat or regular use;
- Food residue or burnt-on deposits caused by cooking conditions;
- Other changes that do not affect the product’s functionality.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Products used for commercial, catering, or restaurant purposes;
- Loss or theft;
- Accidental damage;
- Damage caused by improper use, care, cleaning, or storage;
- Products that have been modified, repaired, or altered without DELUXE’s authorization.
Limited-Time and Limited-Release Items
Limited-time and limited-release products may be available in limited quantities, so an exact replacement may not always be available.
If a claim is approved, DELUXE may replace the item with a comparable product. The replacement may differ in color, finish, design, or customization from the original product.
General Warranty Terms
The warranty period begins on the date the product is received by the original purchaser or gift recipient.
DELUXE reserves the right to determine whether an issue is covered by this warranty.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DELUXE disclaims any warranties not expressly stated in this policy.
Some states or jurisdictions may not allow certain warranty limitations or exclusions. In such cases, applicable law will apply.
